Your data and deleting your account

This is a plain summary. The privacy policy is the full version.

What Hollerly stores

• Your account: email, name, plan and billing status. Paddle holds your card.
• Channel logins: your LinkedIn password or cookie and optional 2FA key, your mailbox tokens or SMTP details, and CRM and Slack tokens.
• Outreach data: leads, company details from enrichment, messages, replies, email opens, AI tags and scores.
• Activity: logs of actions, your do-not-contact list, and IP and device logs.

How it's protected

Logins are encrypted with AES-256 and can't be read back, even by you. Each LinkedIn account runs in its own isolated browser with its own IP. Deleting a connection deletes its stored credentials.

AI providers

Hollerly sends the data needed to write and tag messages to Anthropic and OpenAI through their business APIs. Your data isn't used to train their models.

How long data is kept

• Login details: deleted when you disconnect a channel or close your account.
• Account data: deleted or anonymized within 30 days of closing your account, and removed from backups within a further 90 days.
• Do-not-contact entries: kept while your workspace exists, so opt-outs are respected.
• Billing records: kept as long as tax law requires.

Delete your account

The workspace owner can delete the account from Settings, under Delete account at the bottom of the page. Type DELETE to confirm and click Delete my account. Hollerly then:

• cancels your Paddle subscription straight away, so you aren't charged again;
• deletes your workspace: campaigns, leads, messages, the inbox, LinkedIn accounts, mailboxes, integrations and team invites, with their stored logins;
• deletes your login and signs you out.

This can't be undone. Team members who aren't the owner see Leave workspace instead, which removes only their own access. You can also email support@hollerlyai.com from the email you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. To remove only a LinkedIn account or mailbox, click Disconnect in Settings.
