8 Best Waalaxy Alternatives in 2026
If you are searching for a Waalaxy alternative, you probably like Waalaxy's simple LinkedIn campaigns but want better messages, email without jumping to the top plan, or a tool that does not run through a browser extension. We compared eight tools that cover the same invite and follow-up flow, using each vendor's own pricing and product pages on October 2, 2026.
Hollerly is our own product, so it is listed first. We say where the others are stronger, and every price is shown as the vendor listed it that day.
Hollerly, Dripify and Octopus CRM are our top Waalaxy alternatives for 2026. Hollerly runs in the cloud with AI-written messages and an inbox on every plan from $19, Dripify suits per-seat cloud sequences, and Octopus CRM is the lowest-cost browser option. People usually leave Waalaxy over monthly invite caps, email locked to the €69 plan and an inbox sold as an add-on.
Top 3 Waalaxy alternatives at a glance
| # | Tool | Best for | Pricing | Key differentiator |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Hollerly | Solo sellers and small teams who want AI-written messages without an extension | $19, $49 or $69 a month | Runs in a cloud browser with an IP in your country; AI writes each message |
| 2 | Dripify | Individual sellers who want cloud sequences priced per seat | $59 per user monthly, $39 billed yearly | Published daily quotas and a drag-and-drop sequence builder |
| 3 | Octopus CRM | Solo users on the smallest budget | From $9.99 a month, $6.99 billed yearly | Low-cost Chrome extension that does not ask for LinkedIn credentials |
Looking for a Waalaxy alternative that runs in the cloud?
Waalaxy is easy to start with. You install it, pick one of its 99+ ready-made sequences and send invites within minutes. For many first-time users, that is exactly what they need, and the €19 Pro plan is cheap.
The friction shows up as you grow. Invites are capped by month, at 300 on Pro and 800 on the higher plans. Cold email needs the €69 Business plan. The LinkedIn inbox is a separate add-on, and the AI assistant for prospects and messages is marked as coming soon on Waalaxy's site. You end up paying more to get a full workflow, and you still write every message.
Then there is the setup: Waalaxy is a Chrome extension, and some people prefer a tool that runs in the cloud on its own browser and IP.
Why listen to us?
We build Hollerly, a LinkedIn and email outreach tool, so we know this category well and have a reason to favor our own product. To keep this list fair, we checked each vendor's own pricing and product pages on October 2, 2026, quoted prices as listed and wrote "see their pricing page" where a figure was not shown. We did not run paid tests of every tool or quote review scores. Where another tool is stronger, we say so.
What is Waalaxy?
Waalaxy is a LinkedIn and email outreach tool built to launch prospecting campaigns quickly. It runs through a Chrome extension listed on the Chrome Store, finds prospects on LinkedIn, and sends invites, messages and follow-ups inside monthly limits set by your plan. It is priced per user, in euros.
Key features
- Ready-made sequences: 99+ outreach sequences with automated follow-ups.
- Email finder: Waalaxy states a 61%+ match rate, with 25 to 500 credits a month by plan.
- Reply tracking: dashboards for invites, accepts and replies.
- Cold email: email sequences and LinkedIn plus email campaigns on Business.
- Integrations: HubSpot and Pipedrive sync, plus API, Make, Zapier and n8n on Advanced and up.
Pricing
| Plan | Monthly price | Invites | Email finder credits | Email sequences |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | €19 | 300 a month | 25 a month | No |
| Advanced | €49 | 800 a month | 500 a month | No |
| Business | €69 | 800 a month | 500 a month | Yes |
Waalaxy shows quarterly billing at 20% off and yearly at 50% off, without the amounts, so for those prices see their pricing page. The LinkedIn Inbox is an add-on with 500 free conversations to try. Every plan has a 14-day free trial. More detail is in our Waalaxy pricing breakdown.
- ✓€19 monthly entry price.
- ✓Large advertised yearly discount.
- ✓API plus Make, Zapier and n8n on Advanced.
- ✓14-day trial on every plan.
- ✕Monthly invite caps.
- ✕Email needs the top plan.
- ✕Inbox add-on price not shown.
- ✕AI assistant not yet available.
Why look for a Waalaxy alternative?
1. Monthly invite caps
Pro allows 300 LinkedIn invites a month and the other plans 800. If you want to grow faster within LinkedIn's own weekly limits, a monthly cap can become the bottleneck before your account does.
2. Email only on the €69 plan
Cold email and LinkedIn plus email campaigns are listed on Business only. If you want a follow-up email when an invite goes unanswered, every user moves to €69 a month.
3. The inbox is an add-on
Waalaxy's LinkedIn Inbox is sold separately, with 500 free conversations to try and no paid price shown on the pricing page. Replies are the point of outreach, so many teams want that included.
4. You still write every message
Waalaxy's AI assistant for prospects and messages is marked as coming soon. Until it ships, personalization means variables in your own templates.
5. It runs through a browser extension
The Waalaxy Chrome extension is how you use the product, and its pages do not say whether your computer must stay on. If you would rather connect once and let a cloud browser do the work, look for a cloud tool. Read why Hollerly doesn't need a Chrome extension.
Is there a safer alternative to Waalaxy?
No tool can promise safety. LinkedIn's user agreement does not allow third-party automation, so every tool in this list carries that risk, Waalaxy and Hollerly included. What you can compare is how specific each vendor is about the way it behaves.
Waalaxy's homepage says its timing is human-like and stays within LinkedIn's limits, and it caps invites by month. It does not describe proxies, dedicated IPs or warm-up on the pages we checked. Some cloud tools say more: Expandi lists a dedicated country-based IP and profile warm-up, HeyReach lists a residential proxy per sender on Growth, and La Growth Machine lists dedicated mobile proxies.
Hollerly publishes its defaults: up to 20 invites a day and 100 a week, a warm-up of 10 then 15 invites a day for the first two weeks, actions only in your working hours, and random gaps of 45 to 180 seconds. It pauses for 24 hours on a rate limit or verification screen and stops with an email alert if you are signed out. Each account gets one dedicated browser and one IP in your country. The full list is on our LinkedIn automation safety page.

8 best Waalaxy alternatives in 2026
1. Hollerly
Best for: solo sellers, founders and small teams who want AI-written messages, email and an inbox without installing anything in their browser.
Hollerly runs LinkedIn and email outreach from the cloud. There is no Chrome extension: you connect LinkedIn once, and it runs from a dedicated cloud browser with its own IP in your country, so your laptop can be closed. Before writing, it reads each prospect's headline, latest post and a short summary of their company website, and Claude writes the note, message or email. You approve the first five messages, then it runs.
This fills the gaps people hit on Waalaxy. The inbox is on every plan, not an add-on. Email steps from your own Gmail, Outlook or SMTP mailbox come with Pro at $49, below Waalaxy's €69 Business plan, and Pro removes the monthly invite cap in favor of daily safety limits. On Pro, each reply is tagged by intent with a drafted answer. Starter matches Waalaxy Pro at 300 invites a month for $19.

Key features
- AI-written notes, messages and emails from each lead's profile, latest post and company website
- Cloud browser and dedicated IP in your country per account, no extension
- Unified LinkedIn and email inbox on every plan, with AI reply tags and drafts on Pro
- Email steps from your own mailbox and 200 email finder credits a month on Pro

If you like Waalaxy's browser approach but want to pay less, Octopus CRM is the closest match, from $9.99 a month. Like Waalaxy, it is an extension, and it lists no AI writing or email sending. Hollerly is the step up if you want those. Compare them in Octopus CRM vs Waalaxy.

For people leaving Waalaxy over safety, Expandi says much more about how it protects accounts. It costs more, at $99 a seat monthly, and image and video personalization are paid extras. If you want a cloud tool that writes each message, sorts replies and adds email for less than Waalaxy Business, try Hollerly: upload your Waalaxy prospects as a CSV, approve the first five messages and stop the Waalaxy campaign. FAQ
+What is the best Waalaxy alternative?
It depends on what you want to change. For AI-written messages, an inbox on every plan and email from your own mailbox at $49, Hollerly is a close fit. Dripify suits per-seat cloud sequences, Octopus CRM is cheaper in the browser, and HeyReach suits agencies with many senders.
+Is there a safer alternative to Waalaxy?
No LinkedIn automation tool is ban-proof, because LinkedIn's user agreement doesn't allow it. Hollerly lowers the risk with conservative daily caps, a two-week warm-up, working hours only, random delays, one dedicated IP per account and automatic pauses when LinkedIn shows a rate limit or verification screen.
+What is the main difference between Waalaxy and Hollerly?
Waalaxy runs through a Chrome extension, caps invites by month and puts email on its €69 plan and the inbox in an add-on. Hollerly runs in a cloud browser with its own IP, writes each message with AI, includes the inbox on every plan and adds email steps on its $49 Pro plan.
+Can I use Waalaxy and Hollerly together?
Not on the same LinkedIn account at the same time. Two tools acting on one account add up your daily activity and can send people two sequences. Run Hollerly on a separate campaign or account as a test first, then move your remaining prospects once you have compared the results.
+Which Waalaxy alternative is best for small budgets?
Octopus CRM is the cheapest at $9.99 a month, or $6.99 billed yearly, but it is a browser extension without AI or email. Hollerly Starter is $19 a month and runs in the cloud with AI-written messages. Linked Helper costs $15 a license but needs a computer running.
+Does Hollerly need a Chrome extension?
No. Hollerly has no Chrome extension. You connect your LinkedIn account once and campaigns run from a dedicated cloud browser with its own IP in your country. Your computer can be off, and your login details are encrypted with AES-256 and deleted when you disconnect.
Get replies without the busywork
