Safety limits, working hours and warm-up

The daily and weekly LinkedIn limits in Hollerly, their defaults and ceilings, working hours and days, random gaps between actions and the warm-up.

Updated October 3, 2026

Safety limits live under Settings, Channels & safety, section Safety limits. They apply to each LinkedIn account separately. Only the workspace owner or an admin can change them.

Limits, defaults and ceilings

  • Invites per day: default 20, up to 30.
  • Invites per week: default 100, up to 150. Weeks start on Monday.
  • Messages per day: default 50, up to 100.
  • Likes, follows and endorsements: up to 40 a day per account, fixed.
  • Starter plan: also 300 invites a month.

You can lower any limit. If you enter something above a ceiling, Hollerly lowers it and says "Some values were above the ceiling and were lowered."

Working hours and days

Set Working hours start and end (default 09:00 to 17:00), your Timezone and your Working days (default Monday to Friday). Nothing runs outside these hours. If you pick very early or late hours, Hollerly warns "Outside normal working hours. LinkedIn flags night activity."

Campaigns can also wait for the prospect's working hours: weekdays 08:00 to 18:00 in their timezone, worked out from their LinkedIn location. If their location can't be matched, the step still sends inside your hours.

Random gaps between actions

Each LinkedIn action waits a random time between Min gap and Max gap (default 45 to 180 seconds), so there's never a fixed rhythm. The minimum allowed is 20 seconds.

Warm-up for new LinkedIn accounts

New accounts ramp up automatically: up to 10 invites a day in the first week and 15 in the second, counted from the account's first activity. After that your daily limit applies.
