8 Best Salesflow Alternatives in 2026

A Salesflow alternative makes sense when you like LinkedIn and email outreach in one tool but don't want to pay $99 a month for a single seat. Salesflow is priced per seat and gets cheaper as your team grows, so solo users and small teams pay the most. This guide compares eight tools on price, channels, AI writing and account safety, using each vendor's own pages as checked on October 2, 2026.

Hollerly is our product, so it's listed first. We also say where the other tools are stronger.

Quick summary

Hollerly, Expandi and Dripify are our top three Salesflow alternatives for 2026. Most people look elsewhere because Salesflow's Basic plan is $99 a seat a month and its lowest seat prices need 20, 50 or 100 seats. Hollerly starts at $19 a month with AI-written messages and AI reply drafts, but it has no contact database or email warmup.

Top 3 Salesflow alternatives at a glance

Prices as listed on each vendor's pricing page on October 2, 2026.
# Tool Best for Pricing Key differentiator
1 Hollerly Solo sellers and small teams who want AI-written LinkedIn and email outreach From $19/mo AI writes every message and drafts replies; runs in the cloud
2 Expandi LinkedIn-first agencies and sales teams $99/mo, or $79/mo billed yearly Dedicated country-based IP and warm-up on each account
3 Dripify Individual sellers who want cloud sequences priced per seat From $59/user/mo, or $39 billed yearly Published daily quotas per plan

Looking for a Salesflow alternative that fits a small team?

Salesflow's pricing page lists Basic at $99 a seat a month for one or more seats. Lower seat prices start from $70 at five seats and from $39.95 at 20 seats, and the lowest rates of $29.98 and $24.99 need 50 or 100 seats with an annual commitment. That model rewards large teams. If you work alone or in a team of three, you pay the top rate.

The other gap is what happens around the messages. On the pages we could load, Salesflow lists no AI writing, no data credits and no email warmup, and it doesn't describe how it protects your LinkedIn account. If you want a tool that writes each message for you, or one that publishes its safety limits, you may be better served elsewhere.

Salesflow does several things well: behavior-based workflows across LinkedIn and email, a shared inbox, and HubSpot, Zapier and API access on every plan. Not every tool below matches them.

Why listen to us?

We build Hollerly, a LinkedIn and email outreach tool, so we have a stake in this list and we put ourselves first. To keep it fair, we read each vendor's own pricing and product pages on October 2, 2026, quote prices as they were listed that day, and say "not listed" when we couldn't confirm something. We don't quote ratings or reviews we haven't checked, and we say plainly where another tool is the better choice, including over Hollerly.

What is Salesflow?

Salesflow is a LinkedIn and email outreach automation tool sold per seat. It builds workflows that choose the next step from each prospect's behavior, puts LinkedIn and Sales Navigator conversations in one inbox, and reports on LinkedIn and email together. Its pricing page doesn't say whether it runs in the cloud or in your browser, and its homepage and help center didn't load when we checked.

Key features

  • Dynamic multichannel outreach: workflows across LinkedIn and email that pick the next step from what each prospect does.
  • Unified inbox: LinkedIn and Sales Navigator conversations in one place, with reminders, snooze, scheduled sending, quick replies and filters.
  • Combined reporting: LinkedIn and email results in one view.
  • Integrations: native HubSpot and Sales Navigator, plus Zapier and API access on every plan.
  • Branding: UI branding on all plans, and a white-label URL with custom login from Pro.

Pricing

Salesflow plans as listed on salesflow.io/pricing on October 2, 2026. 6-month billing is 15% off and 12-month billing is 30% off.
Plan Price Seats
Basic $99 per seat a month 1 or more
Starter From $70 per seat 5 or more
Pro From $39.95 per seat 20 or more
Agency From $29.98 per seat, annual commitment billed monthly 50 or more, in batches of 5
Enterprise From $24.99 per seat, annual commitment billed monthly 100 or more, in batches of 10

Salesflow lists a 7-day free trial with no credit card.

Pros
  • ✓7-day trial with no card
  • ✓API and UI branding on every plan
  • ✓Seat price falls from $99 to $24.99 as teams grow
  • ✓Native HubSpot and Sales Navigator, plus Zapier
  • ✓Shared inbox with reminders, snooze and quick replies
Cons
  • ✕$99 a month for a single seat
  • ✕Lowest prices need 50 or 100 seats and a year's commitment
  • ✕No AI writing, data credits or warmup listed
  • ✕Safety approach not described on the pages that loaded

Why look for a Salesflow alternative?

1. The single-seat price is high

Basic is $99 a seat a month on monthly billing. Even with 30% off for 12-month billing, one seat costs more than most tools in this list. Hollerly Starter is $19 and Agency is $69 for three LinkedIn accounts.

2. The best prices need a big team

The cheaper tiers have minimums of 5, 20, 50 and 100 seats, and the two lowest need an annual commitment. A white-label URL and a customer success manager start at 20 seats. That suits large agencies, not a founder or a three-person team.

3. No AI writing is listed

Salesflow's pricing page lists workflows, an inbox and reporting, but no AI that writes messages for each prospect. Hollerly reads each lead's headline, latest post and company website, writes the note or email, and you approve the first five before it runs.

4. Safety details aren't published

On the pages that loaded, Salesflow doesn't say what limits, delays or IP setup it uses. Expandi and Closely give each account a dedicated IP, and Hollerly lists its caps, warm-up and automatic pauses on its LinkedIn automation safety page.

5. You want lead data built in

Salesflow lists no data credits or email finder. Dripify includes 100 finder credits a month, Hollerly Pro includes 200, and Lemlist and Skylead include a B2B database.

1. Hollerly

Best for: solo sellers, founders and small teams who want LinkedIn and email outreach written by AI, at a flat price per plan.

Hollerly runs LinkedIn outreach from a dedicated cloud browser with its own IP in your country, so campaigns keep going with your laptop closed. Claude writes each connection note, message and email from the prospect's headline, latest post and company website. You approve the first five messages, then the campaign runs. On Pro, email steps go out from your own Gmail, Outlook or SMTP mailbox, and a reply on either channel stops the sequence.

Where it fills the Salesflow gap: price for one to three people, and the work around the messages. Starter is $19 a month and Agency is $69 for three LinkedIn accounts and three seats, against $99 for one Salesflow Basic seat. Safety defaults are published: up to 20 invites a day, a two-week warm-up, working hours only and a 24-hour pause if LinkedIn pushes back. Where it's weaker: Hollerly is newer, with fewer integrations, no B2B contact database, no email warmup and no calls, SMS or WhatsApp.

A Hollerly campaign: import leads from a LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator, a post or a CSV, then approve the first five AI messages.

Key features

  • AI-written notes, messages and emails researched from each lead's profile, latest post and company website
  • Sequences that mix visits, likes, follows, invites, messages, endorsements and email, with branches
  • Unified LinkedIn and email inbox on every plan; AI reply tags and drafts on Pro
  • AI ideal customer profile built from your website, with lead scoring
  • Safety defaults: daily and weekly caps, warm-up, working hours, random gaps and automatic pauses
  • HubSpot and Pipedrive sync, Slack alerts, webhooks, Zapier and Make on Pro

2. Expandi

Best for: agencies and sales teams running LinkedIn-first campaigns who want a dedicated IP and native CRM sync.

Expandi is a cloud LinkedIn automation tool with smart campaigns built from 19 actions and 11 conditions, A/B testing for messages and a smart inbox with labels, tags and notes. Each account gets a dedicated country-based IP and an automatic profile warm-up. Email works as a follow-up channel, and its Smartlead integration puts LinkedIn and cold email in one sequence.

Expandi costs the same as one Salesflow seat on monthly billing but publishes how it protects accounts. It lists no AI writing or email finder, so Hollerly is cheaper if you want messages written for you. See our Expandi alternative page.

Key features

  • Smart campaigns with 19 actions and 11 conditions
  • Dedicated country-based IP and automatic warm-up per account
  • Smart inbox with labels, tags and notes

Dripify is a cloud LinkedIn automation tool with a drag-and-drop sequence builder, email steps, 100 email finder credits a month on every plan and 20+ smart variables, including AI icebreakers. It publishes daily quotas per plan, so you know how many invites, messages and profile views each tier allows.

Dripify Basic costs less than Salesflow Basic but allows one campaign, and the inbox needs Pro. Hollerly includes unlimited campaigns and an inbox at $19. Dripify has Salesforce, which Hollerly doesn't offer, and an open API from Pro.

Key features

  • Drag-and-drop sequences with actions and conditions
  • Email finder and verification, 100 credits a month
  • Inbox on Pro and up; A/B testing on Advanced

  • 7-day free trial with Advanced features, no card
Pros
  • ✓No-card trial with Advanced features
  • ✓Published daily quotas per plan
  • ✓API, webhooks, HubSpot, Make and Zapier
Cons
  • ✕Basic allows one campaign
  • ✕A/B testing only on the $99 tier
  • ✕Small email finder allowance

4. La Growth Machine

Best for: teams running LinkedIn-first sequences with email and X follow-ups.

La Growth Machine is a cloud multichannel tool that runs LinkedIn, email and X steps in one sequence, with AI voice messages, an AI writing assistant, waterfall email enrichment and a 27M+ company database. It states it uses dedicated 5G mobile proxies. It's priced per identity, in euros.

If you like Salesflow's multichannel workflows, La Growth Machine adds X and built-in enrichment, but the inbox and A/B testing need Pro at €120. Hollerly is cheaper for LinkedIn and email, without X or company data.

Key features

  • LinkedIn, email and X in one sequence; calls on Ultimate
  • Waterfall enrichment and a 27M+ company database
  • Multichannel inbox and A/B testing on Pro and up
  • Zapier, Make, Clay, Slack, API and webhooks

  • Ultimate: see their pricing page
  • 14-day free trial, no card

Best for: small teams and agencies running LinkedIn plus email from a few accounts who want IPs, warmup and data in one price.

Closely runs LinkedIn and email sequences in the cloud with a dedicated residential IP per LinkedIn account. Every plan includes unlimited email accounts, account warmup and white label. Its smart inbox handles DMs, InMails and email replies with assignment and tagging. AI personalization and the email finder start on Growth.

Closely includes two things Salesflow and Hollerly don't list: email warmup and white label on the entry plan. Hollerly is cheaper on monthly billing and writes with AI from Starter, where Closely's AI credits start at $159.

Key features

  • Dedicated residential IP and LinkedIn warmup per account
  • Unlimited email accounts and warmup on every plan
  • Smart inbox with assignment and tagging
  • Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and GoHighLevel, plus webhooks

The All-in-one plan includes unlimited email accounts, 100,000 emails a month, unlimited warmup, a B2B database and an email finder and verifier. AI SDR and AI enrichment are add-ons.

Lemlist is a sales engagement platform with a 650M+ lead database, email and phone finder, lemwarm warm-up and a deliverability hub. Its Multichannel plan adds LinkedIn visits, follows, invites, messages and InMail, plus a dialer and SMS. It's the closest thing to an all-in-one suite in this list.

Lemlist costs a little more than Salesflow per user but includes data, warmup and calls. If you need those, it's stronger than Hollerly. If LinkedIn and email from your own mailbox are enough, Hollerly does that from $49. See our Lemlist alternative page.

Key features

  • 650M+ lead database with email and phone finder
  • LinkedIn steps on Multichannel
  • lemwarm warm-up, inbox rotation and a deliverability hub

Pro is capped at 300 invites a month and the other plans at 800. Cold email and multichannel campaigns are on the Business plan, and its AI assistant is labeled "soon".

Waalaxy is the cheapest LinkedIn option here at €19, but email needs the €69 Business plan and the inbox is an add-on. Hollerly's $49 Pro plan includes email, AI writing and an AI inbox. See Salesflow vs Waalaxy.

Ready to move beyond Salesflow?

If Salesflow already books meetings for a large team on its volume pricing, switching has a real cost, and staying may be right. If you pay $99 for one seat, or want AI to write and answer messages, test a smaller tool on one campaign. Our guide to the best LinkedIn automation tools covers more options, and Hollerly's plans are on the pricing page.

Moving to Hollerly takes four steps:

  1. Export your leads from Salesflow as a CSV with LinkedIn profile URLs and any emails.
  2. Start a Hollerly trial and connect your LinkedIn account, plus your mailbox for email steps.
  3. Pick a sequence template, upload the CSV and approve the first five messages.
  4. Pause the Salesflow campaign. Hollerly skips duplicates and anyone on your do-not-contact list.

FAQ

+What is the best Salesflow alternative?

For one to three people who want AI-written LinkedIn messages, email from their own mailbox and an inbox that drafts replies, Hollerly starts at $19 a month. Expandi suits LinkedIn-first agencies that want a dedicated IP, and Dripify suits individual sellers. Compare current plans on each vendor's site, since prices change often.

+What is the main difference between Salesflow and Hollerly?

Salesflow is priced per seat, from $99 for one seat down to $24.99 at 100 seats, and lists no AI writing. Hollerly is priced per plan, from $19, and Claude writes each message from the prospect's profile, post and company website. Salesflow has native HubSpot and an API on every plan.

+Can I use Salesflow and Hollerly together?

You can, but don't run both on the same LinkedIn account at once. Two tools sending invites from one profile double your activity and make LinkedIn's limits harder to respect. A safer split is to run them on different accounts, or to move one campaign to Hollerly as a trial while Salesflow handles the rest.

+Which Salesflow alternative is best for small budgets?

Hollerly Starter at $19 a month and Waalaxy Pro at €19 a month are the lowest entry prices in this list. Hollerly includes AI-written messages and a unified inbox on Starter. Waalaxy has 99+ ready-made sequences but caps Pro at 300 invites a month. Both are far below Salesflow's $99 single seat.

+How much does Hollerly cost compared with Salesflow?

Hollerly Starter is $19 a month, Pro is $49 and Agency is $69 for three LinkedIn accounts. Salesflow lists Basic at $99 a seat a month, with lower seat prices from five seats up (checked October 2, 2026). For one to three users, Hollerly costs less on monthly billing.

+Can I import my Salesflow leads into Hollerly?

Yes. Export your leads as a CSV and upload it to a Hollerly campaign. Hollerly reads LinkedIn profile URLs and email addresses, then skips anyone already in another campaign and anyone on your do-not-contact list, so nobody gets two sequences at once. You approve the first five messages before it runs.

Get replies without the busywork

Hollerly finds the people, writes every message with AI and follows up on LinkedIn and email until they reply. Runs in the cloud, from $19 a month.
