Salesflow vs Waalaxy: Which LinkedIn Tool Should You Pick?

Salesflow vs Waalaxy mostly comes down to team size. Salesflow prices per seat and gets cheaper as you add people: $99 a seat for one user, falling to $70 from 5 seats and $39.95 from 20 seats. Every plan includes a unified inbox, HubSpot, Zapier and API access. Waalaxy is priced for individuals: €19 a month for 300 invitations, with cold email on the €69 Business plan.

This page compares both on features, pricing, safety, ease of use, integrations and support. All facts come from each vendor's pricing and product pages as they read on October 2, 2026. Where something was not published, we say so.

Quick summary

For one person, Waalaxy is the better buy: it costs a fraction of Salesflow's $99 single seat and has a 14-day trial. For sales teams of 20 or more, Salesflow's falling seat price, shared inbox and API on every plan make it the stronger choice. People look elsewhere when they want AI-written messages and cloud running for one to three accounts, which is where Hollerly fits from $19.

Why listen to us?

We build Hollerly, a LinkedIn and email outreach tool, so we follow this market closely and we have an interest in it. To keep this page fair, we only use details the vendors published themselves, read on October 2, 2026, and we mark anything they left out. We have not run paid accounts on Salesflow or Waalaxy, so we do not claim test results, and we point out where both tools are stronger than Hollerly.

  • ✓API plus Make, Zapier and n8n on Advanced
  • ✓Large advertised yearly discount
Cons

Features compared

Salesflow includes more on every plan. LinkedIn plus email workflows, a unified inbox with reminders and scheduled sending, combined reporting and an API all come with the $99 Basic seat. Waalaxy spreads the same kinds of features across tiers: email finder credits from Pro, an API from Advanced, cold email on Business and the inbox as a paid add-on.

Waalaxy has things Salesflow does not list: email finder credits and a library of more than 99 ready sequences. Neither lists AI-written messages.

Winner: Salesflow, because its single plan includes the inbox, email and API that Waalaxy charges extra for.

Pricing compared

For one person the gap is large. Salesflow Basic is $99 a month. Waalaxy runs from €19 to €69. The picture flips as a team grows, because Salesflow's seat price drops with volume while Waalaxy's stays flat.

Worked example: 1, 5 and 20 seats

  • 1 seat: $99 a month on Salesflow Basic; €19 to €69 on Waalaxy.
  • 5 seats: $350 a month on Salesflow Starter; €345 on Waalaxy Business or €245 on Advanced.
  • 20 seats: $799 a month on Salesflow Pro; €1,380 on Waalaxy Business or €980 on Advanced.

These use monthly list prices. Salesflow's 6 and 12 month discounts lower its figures, and Waalaxy's yearly discount would lower its own, though those amounts were not published.

Winner: Waalaxy for one to four users. Salesflow for 20 seats and more.

Safety and account limits

LinkedIn's user agreement does not allow third-party automation, so both tools carry risk. No tool can promise an account will never be restricted.

Salesflow

Salesflow did not describe its safety approach, daily limits or IP setup on the pages that loaded for us. Ask during the trial how it spaces actions and where your account runs.

Waalaxy

Waalaxy states human-like timing that stays within LinkedIn's limits and caps invitations at 300 a month on Pro and 800 on the other plans. It does not describe proxies, IPs or warm-up.

Whichever you pick, start slowly. Send fewer invitations in the first two weeks, keep connection notes short and watch your acceptance rate. A falling acceptance rate or a growing pile of pending invites is an early sign to ease off.

Winner: Waalaxy, because it publishes its caps and timing approach. Our LinkedIn automation safety guide lists daily numbers that work with any tool.

Ease of use

Waalaxy is designed so one person can be running within minutes, starting from a ready sequence. Salesflow's adaptive workflows and inbox tools give a team more control, and its larger plans add a dedicated customer success manager to help with rollout.

One practical point: Salesflow's lower seat prices only apply once you buy the minimum seat count, and its Agency and Enterprise plans need an annual commitment. Waalaxy has no minimum, so you can add or remove a user from month to month. If your team size changes often, that flexibility is worth weighing next to the per-seat price.

Winner: Waalaxy for a solo start. Salesflow for teams that want guided onboarding.

Integrations and support

Salesflow lists native HubSpot and Sales Navigator integrations, Zapier and API access on all plans, with priority support and a dedicated CSM from Pro. Waalaxy lists HubSpot and Pipedrive sync on all plans, then an API plus Make, Zapier and n8n from Advanced, and priority support on Business.

Winner: a tie. Salesflow puts its API on every plan; Waalaxy offers Pipedrive and more automation platforms once you upgrade.

Which one should you choose?

Choose Salesflow if you are equipping 5 to 100 or more reps, you want one inbox, email and an API included for everyone, and you can commit to a seat count.

Choose Waalaxy if you prospect alone or in a very small team, you want the lowest monthly price, and you are happy to add email and an API later.

Use the trials before buying seats in bulk: 7 days for Salesflow and 14 for Waalaxy. More options are in our Salesflow alternative and Waalaxy alternative guides.

A third option: Hollerly

Hollerly is aimed at the one to three account range, where Salesflow is expensive and Waalaxy needs add-ons. There is nothing to install: each LinkedIn account runs from a dedicated cloud browser with its own IP in your country. Claude writes every note, message and email from the lead's profile, latest post and company website, and all replies on LinkedIn and email land in one inbox tagged by intent.

LinkedIn and email replies share one inbox, tagged by intent.
  • Starter, $19 a month: 1 LinkedIn account, AI-written messages and the unified inbox included.
  • Pro, $49 a month: email from your own Gmail, Outlook or SMTP mailbox, AI reply tagging and drafts, a pipeline board and HubSpot or Pipedrive sync.
  • Agency, $69 a month: 3 LinkedIn accounts with sender rotation, 3 seats with roles and white label client reports.

Where Hollerly is weaker: for 5 or more seats, Salesflow's team pricing is built for scale. Hollerly has no B2B contact database, no email warmup, and no calls, SMS or WhatsApp, and it has fewer integrations than older tools. See all plans on the pricing page.
