Why listen to us?
We build Hollerly, a LinkedIn and email outreach tool, so we compete with both. For this comparison we read Expandi's and HeyReach's own pricing, product and integration pages on October 2, 2026, and we used only what those pages say. Where something was not published, such as Expandi's agency price or HeyReach's deployment model, we say so. We do not quote review scores or customer counts, and where either tool is stronger than ours, we say that too.

Features compared
Winner: Expandi for campaign depth on each account. HeyReach for multi-account work.
Expandi's builder is the more detailed of the two. With 19 actions and 11 conditions, a campaign can react to almost anything a prospect does, and A/B testing helps you find the better message. Email follow-ups are part of the product, and Smartlead can add cold email to the same sequence.
HeyReach answers a different need. Rotation spreads one campaign across many profiles, the inbox covers every sender, and sentiment tagging highlights warm leads. It lists AI writing and voice notes, which Expandi does not. It does not list A/B testing, and email needs a separate tool.
Pricing compared
Winner: HeyReach. It costs less per account and publishes its agency price.
| Accounts | Expandi | HeyReach |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $99, or $79 billed yearly | $79, or $63 billed yearly |
| 5 | $495, or $395 billed yearly | $395, or $315 billed yearly |
| 25 | Agency plan, custom quote | $999, or $799 billed yearly (Agency) |
For a single account, HeyReach Growth is $20 a month cheaper on monthly billing and $16 cheaper on yearly billing. At 25 senders, HeyReach's Agency price is public, while Expandi asks for a quote from 10 seats. Remember that HeyReach users who want email will pay for a separate email tool, and Agency users will source their own proxies.
Safety and account limits
Winner: Expandi, narrowly. Its IP and warm-up apply on every plan.
LinkedIn's user agreement does not allow third-party automation, so neither tool is ban-proof. Both describe more protection than most tools in this market.
Expandi
Expandi runs in the cloud and gives each account a dedicated country-based IP, automatic profile warm-up and research-based daily limit ranges. These apply whether you have one seat or an agency plan. Randomized delays are not described on the pages checked.
HeyReach
HeyReach gives each sender a dedicated residential proxy on Growth and describes hard per-account limits with automatic rotation, which spreads volume across accounts. On Agency and Unlimited you bring your own proxies, so protection depends on what you supply. Warm-up and numeric limits are not described.
For safe daily numbers that apply to any tool, see LinkedIn automation safety.
Ease of use
Winner: a tie. Each is easier for the job it was built for.
Expandi rewards people who like to design campaigns. The many triggers and conditions take time to learn, but once set up a campaign handles most situations on its own.
HeyReach is easier when you run outreach across many profiles. Connecting accounts takes some setup, but after that one person can work every conversation from one inbox, with sentiment tags sorting replies. For a single account, its advantages are smaller.
Integrations and support
Winner: Expandi for CRM users. HeyReach for automation and data tools.
Expandi lists native HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, Smartlead for combined LinkedIn and email sequences, Hyperise and Sendspark, Zapier, webhooks and an API. Its MCP connector is in private beta. HeyReach lists HubSpot, Clay, RB2B, Trigify, Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison, ClickUp, Chili Piper, Make, Zapier and n8n, plus an API, webhooks, a live MCP server and a CLI.
For support, Expandi's Agency plan includes a dedicated customer success manager, and HeyReach's Agency plan includes done-for-you onboarding. Neither page describes support for entry plans in detail.
Which one should you choose?
Choose Expandi if LinkedIn is your main channel, you want detailed conditional campaigns and A/B tests, and you value a dedicated IP and warm-up on every account. It also fits teams on Salesforce or Pipedrive.
Choose HeyReach if you run many LinkedIn profiles for clients or a sales team, want one inbox and rotation, and prefer a published agency price. Plan for a separate email tool and your own proxies on higher tiers.
What to check during the free trial
- Accounts and price: ask Expandi for an Agency quote if you will pass 10 seats, and compare it with HeyReach's published $999 for 25 senders.
- Proxies: on HeyReach Agency and Unlimited you supply your own, so price and test them before moving client accounts.
- Email: decide whether Expandi's email follow-ups are enough, or whether you need Smartlead or Instantly alongside either tool.
- Campaign logic: build one real sequence in each tool and see which builder your team prefers.
- CRM: confirm the sync you need, especially Salesforce or Pipedrive, which only Expandi lists natively.
Expandi's trial lasts 7 days and HeyReach's Growth trial lasts 14, so start Expandi second if you want to test them side by side for the same week.
Other options are on our Expandi alternative and HeyReach alternatives pages.
A third option: Hollerly
Hollerly uses the same safety idea as Expandi, one dedicated cloud browser and one IP in your country per LinkedIn account, at a lower price. Claude writes each message from the lead's profile, latest post and company website, and replies from LinkedIn and email land in one inbox. Daily caps, working hours, random gaps between actions and an automatic pause on LinkedIn warnings are on by default.
When Hollerly is the better pick
- You want AI-written messages: Starter is $19 a month for one account.
- You want LinkedIn and email from your own mailbox in one sequence: Pro is $49, with AI reply tags and drafts.
- You run a small agency: Agency is $69 for 3 LinkedIn accounts with sender rotation, 3 seats and white label client reports.
When it isn't
- You run dozens of senders. HeyReach's Agency and Unlimited plans are built for that.
- You want Expandi's depth of conditions, Salesforce sync or personalized video.
- You need a lead database, email warmup, calls, SMS, WhatsApp or voice notes. Hollerly does not offer them.
See all limits on the pricing page.
