Quick summary

HeyReach is the better pick for agencies and teams scaling LinkedIn across many profiles: it is cheaper per LinkedIn account and built around sender rotation and white label. Lemlist is the better pick if you want lead data, native email with warm-up, calls and SMS in one product. People look elsewhere when they run one to three LinkedIn accounts and want LinkedIn plus email with AI writing for less, which is where Hollerly fits from $19.

Why listen to us?

We build Hollerly, a LinkedIn and email outreach tool, so we know this category from the inside and we compete with both tools. We only use details each vendor published on its own site, checked on October 2, 2026, and we flag what they left out. We have not run paid accounts on HeyReach or Lemlist, so we make no test claims, and we say plainly where each is stronger than Hollerly.

What is HeyReach?

HeyReach is LinkedIn automation built for agencies, sales teams and GTM experts, centered on running many LinkedIn senders with automatic rotation. Features compared

On LinkedIn, the two are close: both list invitations, messages, voice messages and follow-ups, and both have a unified inbox. HeyReach adds what matters when you run many profiles: rotation across senders, workspaces, permissions and white label. Its analytics tag warm leads by sentiment.

Off LinkedIn, Lemlist is far broader. It has its own email sending with warm-up, a lead database, a phone finder, a dialer, SMS and AI agents. HeyReach leaves email to Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison and lists no calls or SMS.

Winner: HeyReach for multi-account LinkedIn. Lemlist for everything beyond LinkedIn.

Pricing compared

Per LinkedIn account, HeyReach Growth is $30 a month cheaper than Lemlist Multichannel, or $24 cheaper on yearly billing. At scale, HeyReach Agency gives 25 senders for $999 a month. Lemlist charges per user, though each Multichannel user gets 5 senders, so how you count accounts changes the comparison.

Worked example: 5 LinkedIn senders

  • HeyReach Growth: $395 a month, or $315 billed yearly, plus a separate email tool if you need email.
  • Lemlist Multichannel: $545 a month, or $435 billed yearly, for 5 users with email, data and calls included.

If you already pay for an email platform, HeyReach is the cheaper LinkedIn layer. If you would otherwise buy data, warm-up and a dialer separately, Lemlist's bundle can work out better.

Factor in proxies too. On HeyReach's Agency and Unlimited plans you bring your own, which is an extra cost and setup step that the plan price does not show.

Winner: HeyReach for LinkedIn-heavy teams. Lemlist if you need its bundled extras.

Safety and account limits

LinkedIn's user agreement does not allow third-party automation. Email has its own risk: spam folders and damaged domains.

HeyReach

HeyReach gives each sender a dedicated residential proxy on Growth and cites hard per-account limits with automatic rotation. Agency and Unlimited customers bring their own proxies. Numeric daily limits and warm-up were not described.

Lemlist

Lemlist's safety tools focus on email: lemwarm, rotating IPs, a custom tracking domain and inbox rotation. Its pricing page does not describe LinkedIn account limits.

Whichever you choose, ramp new LinkedIn accounts and new mailboxes slowly, and watch acceptance and bounce rates in the first weeks.

Winner: HeyReach for LinkedIn safety detail; Lemlist for email deliverability. Our LinkedIn automation safety guide covers LinkedIn-side limits for any tool.

Ease of use

HeyReach is focused: connect LinkedIn accounts, build a campaign, let rotation spread the activity and work replies in one inbox. Agency customers also get done-for-you onboarding. Lemlist covers more ground, which means more setup, from mailboxes and warm-up to database searches, dialer settings and Chrome extensions.

Agencies should also look at client separation. HeyReach lists workspaces and permissions, and white label from its Agency plan. Lemlist lists custom roles and SSO on Enterprise. If you report to clients every month, check how each tool shares results before you commit.

Winner: HeyReach, for a LinkedIn-only workflow. Lemlist rewards the extra setup if you use its other channels.

Integrations and support

HeyReach lists HubSpot, Clay, RB2B, Trigify, Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison, ClickUp, Chili Piper, Make, Zapier and n8n, plus an API, webhooks, MCP and a CLI. Lemlist lists HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zapier, Make, n8n, Clay, Aircall and Ringover, plus an API, CLI and MCP, with an account manager on Enterprise.

Winner: a tie. HeyReach connects more GTM and email tools; Lemlist covers more CRMs, including Salesforce and Pipedrive.

Which one should you choose?

Choose HeyReach if LinkedIn is your main channel and you run it across many profiles, for clients or a sales team, and you already have, or will add, an email tool.

Choose Lemlist if you want lead data, native email and LinkedIn in one product, and you run a smaller number of LinkedIn accounts.

Both offer 14-day trials with no card. More options are in our HeyReach alternatives and Lemlist alternative guides.

A third option: Hollerly

Hollerly suits people who want LinkedIn and email in one sequence without paying for two tools or a full suite. Each LinkedIn account runs from a dedicated cloud browser with its own IP in your country, with daily caps, working hours, random gaps between actions and automatic pauses on warnings. Claude writes each note, message and email from the lead's profile, latest post and company website.

Each connected LinkedIn account gets a health score, and new accounts warm up gradually.
  • Pro, $49 a month: LinkedIn plus email from your own Gmail, Outlook or SMTP mailbox, AI reply tagging and drafts, a pipeline board, HubSpot and Pipedrive sync.
  • Agency, $69 a month: 3 LinkedIn accounts with sender rotation, 3 seats with roles, white label client reports, a public API and an MCP server.
  • Starter, $19 a month: 1 LinkedIn account with AI-written messages and a unified inbox.

Where Hollerly is weaker: it is not built for 25 or more LinkedIn senders, where HeyReach fits better. It has no lead database, no email warmup, and no calls, SMS or WhatsApp, which Lemlist offers, and it has fewer integrations than either. Compare plans on the pricing page.
