The Best AI SDR Tools in 2026
The best AI SDR tools promise to do a sales development rep's job: find prospects, research them, write outreach, follow up and book meetings. In practice they range from AI writing features inside an email tool to fully autonomous "digital workers" sold on a sales call. Prices range from under $50 to over $500 a month, or aren't published at all.
We make one of these tools, Hollerly, so we've put it first and labeled it. Every other tool below is described from its own pricing or product page, checked on October 2, 2026. We haven't added star ratings, review quotes or user counts we can't verify.
How we compared
An AI SDR is only as useful as the work it actually takes off your plate. We looked at:
- Autonomy: does it write drafts, send sequences, triage replies, or answer leads on its own?
- Channels: email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS, WhatsApp.
- Data: does it include a B2B contact database, or do you bring your own leads?
- Human control: can you approve messages and campaigns before they send?
- Pricing: is it published, and what does the AI SDR part cost?
"Not listed" means a feature wasn't on the vendor's pricing or plan page when we checked. It may exist elsewhere in the product.

Top AI SDR platforms, reviewed
1. Hollerly (our tool): best AI SDR for LinkedIn-first outreach with human approval
Price: Starter $19/mo, Pro $49/mo, Agency $69/mo. 7-day free trial of Pro, no card.
Hollerly drafts an ideal customer profile from your website, imports leads from LinkedIn or Sales Navigator searches, post URLs or a CSV, and researches each lead's profile, latest post and company website. Claude writes every note, message and email. You approve the first five messages per campaign, then it runs on LinkedIn and, on Pro, email from your own mailbox.
Replies land in one inbox. On Pro, each is tagged by intent with an AI draft answer, and meetings from Calendly or Cal.com are tracked with a prep brief. On Agency, an opt-in AI reply agent can answer interested leads on its own. Humans approve campaigns on every plan.
- ✓LinkedIn and email in one sequence
- ✓AI reply drafts at $49, opt-in reply agent at $69

2. Reply.io: best for a dedicated AI SDR with a big budget
Price: Email Volume from $49 per user; Jason AI SDR from $500 a month.
Reply.io's Jason AI SDR is one of the few AI SDRs with public pricing. Around it, Reply.io lists email sequences, unlimited mailboxes, warmup, a unified inbox, a meeting scheduler, CRM integrations and an API. LinkedIn steps come with the Multichannel plan or a $69 add-on, and calls and SMS or WhatsApp with Multichannel too. It also has an agency plan with white label.
Good fit: teams ready to spend on a dedicated AI SDR in an established sales platform. Weaker for: small budgets.
3. Instantly: best for high-volume cold email with an AI agent
Price: Outreach Growth from $37.60 to $47 a month; bundles that include the AI Sales Agent listed from $94 a month, and the Scale bundle with the AI Reply Agent at $194 a month.
Instantly is an email suite: unlimited mailboxes and sender rotation, unlimited warmup, deliverability tools, a 450M+ contact database and a waterfall email finder. Its AI Sales Agent and AI Reply Agent sit inside bundle plans rather than being sold alone. LinkedIn steps weren't listed.
Good fit: email-first teams sending at volume. Weaker for: LinkedIn outreach.
4. Lemlist: best all-in-one multichannel suite with an AI agent
Price: $55/mo for Email; $87 per user for Multichannel.
Lemlist covers LinkedIn (including InMail and voice notes), email with lemwarm warmup, calls, WhatsApp as an add-on, a 650M+ database, AI writing and an AI agent called lemAgent, with a unified inbox and reply detection.
Good fit: teams who want every channel and the data in one tool. Weaker for: buyers who only need LinkedIn and email. See our Lemlist alternative page and Lemlist review.
5. 11x: best for buyers who want a fully managed digital worker
Price: not listed publicly; the site asks you to book a demo.
11x sells Alice, which it describes as an outbound digital worker that engages prospects across channels, handles replies and drives qualified meetings. Its site lists email, phone, chat, social networks, SMS and WhatsApp.
Good fit: larger teams comfortable with a sales-led purchase. Weaker for: anyone who wants to see the price first or try it alone.
6. Skylead: best for LinkedIn plus high email volume, with an AI SDR add-on
Price: $100 per seat a month; the AI SDR is an add-on.
Skylead combines LinkedIn steps with email sequences (100K a month listed), unlimited email accounts, a lead database, personalized images and an API. The Unibox is on its Agency plan.
Good fit: teams who want LinkedIn and email volume from one seat. Weaker for: smaller budgets. See Skylead alternative.
7. HeyReach: best for agencies building their own AI workflows
Price: $79 per sender a month.
HeyReach is a LinkedIn tool for many senders. It lists AI writing, an API with MCP, AI actions, sentiment tagging in a unified inbox, and Make, Zapier and n8n. Email runs through Instantly and Smartlead. It's less an AI SDR out of the box and more a base for agencies wiring up their own.
Good fit: agencies with technical setups. See HeyReach alternatives.
8. Clay: best for AI research and data, not sending
Price: from $167 a month (Launch).
Clay pulls data from 150+ providers and lists Claygent, a research agent, plus job-change signals on Launch and web intent on Growth. It has a native sequencer or connects to sequencing tools. Think of it as the research half of an AI SDR.
Good fit: teams that already have a sending tool and want better lists and research.
9. Apollo: best for a large database with AI writing
Price: $49 to $60 per user (Basic), from a third-party summary of its pricing.
Apollo pairs a 200M+ contact database with email sequences, A/B testing, AI writing on Professional and up, and a US dialer. An AI SDR agent and LinkedIn steps weren't listed in the pricing summary we used.
Good fit: teams that need data and email first.
Top rated AI SDR tools: a note on ratings
You'll find plenty of lists of top rated AI SDR tools with star scores. We haven't added any. Ratings on review sites change, are often from users of older versions, and rarely tell you whether a tool fits your channel and budget. Instead, look at three things you can check yourself:
- Is the price published? If not, expect a sales process and a larger contract.
- Can you approve messages? Full autonomy is only useful once you trust the output.
- Does it cover your channel? Many AI SDRs are email-first. If your buyers live on LinkedIn, check that LinkedIn steps are included, not an add-on.
What is the best AI SDR platform?
There isn't one best AI SDR platform for every team. It depends on your main channel, your budget and how much you want the AI to do on its own.
| If you need... | Look at |
|---|---|
| LinkedIn-first outreach with email, on a small budget | Hollerly |
| A dedicated AI SDR in an established platform | Reply.io (Jason AI SDR) |
| High-volume cold email with an AI agent | Instantly |
| Every channel plus data in one suite | Lemlist |
| A fully managed digital worker, priced by sales call | 11x |
| Research and data to feed another tool | Clay |
Top AI SDR companies
The top AI SDR companies fall into three groups:
- Established outreach platforms adding AI SDRs: Reply.io, Instantly, Lemlist, Skylead, Apollo. You get the AI on top of a mature sending tool.
- AI-first "digital worker" companies: 11x is the best-known example. Pricing is usually by demo. Artisan is often compared here too; its pricing page didn't show plan details when we checked, so we haven't covered it.
- Smaller, focused tools: Hollerly sits here, LinkedIn-first with email, AI drafts and published prices.
What are the best AI SDR tools?
For most small teams, the best AI SDR tools in 2026 are the ones that automate the routine parts well and leave you in control of the rest. Our shortlist, from this comparison:
- Hollerly (our tool) for LinkedIn plus email at $49 to $69, with AI reply drafts and an opt-in reply agent.
- Reply.io for a dedicated AI SDR if the $500+ budget is there.
- Instantly for email at volume.
- Lemlist for every channel in one place.
- 11x for a managed digital worker, if a demo-led purchase suits you.

What an AI SDR can and can't do in 2026
AI SDRs have improved fast, but the gap between the demo and day-to-day use is still real. Here's a plain view.
What AI SDRs do well
- Research at scale. Summarizing a profile, a recent post and a company website takes an AI seconds and a person several minutes.
- First drafts. AI writes a relevant opener faster than most reps, especially when it has real research to work from.
- Follow-up discipline. Sequences never forget the third touch, and stop when someone replies.
- Reply triage. Sorting "interested" from "out of office" and "unsubscribe" is routine work AI handles well.
Where they still need you
- Choosing the market. The AI can build a list from your profile. It can't tell you whether that market will buy.
- The offer. A clear reason to talk matters more than clever wording.
- Edge cases in replies. Pricing questions, objections and sensitive situations deserve a human, at least until you've seen how the AI handles them.
- Protecting the channel. Sending too much, too fast, can damage your email domain or LinkedIn account. That's a judgment call the tool should make conservative, but you own it.
Autonomous or assisted?
Fully autonomous AI SDRs suit teams that have tested their messaging and want scale. Assisted AI SDRs, where AI researches and drafts and a person approves, suit teams still finding what works. Hollerly is assisted by default, with an opt-in reply agent on the Agency plan once you trust it. Many teams end up with a mix: autonomous follow-ups and triage, human answers on interested leads.
How to roll out an AI SDR without burning your market
- Start narrow. One audience, one offer, one campaign.
- Read the first drafts. Approve a sample before anything scales. Hollerly makes you approve the first five.
- Keep volume modest. On LinkedIn especially, limits protect your account. See LinkedIn automation safety.
- Review replies before automating them. Turn on autonomous replies only when drafts are consistently right.
- Measure meetings, not messages. Sent volume is easy. Booked calls are the point.
See Hollerly's plans on the pricing page.
