Waalaxy Review: Is It Worth It in 2026?
This Waalaxy review covers a tool that changed a lot in 2026. Waalaxy is a LinkedIn prospecting and outreach tool known for its ready-made sequences and low entry price. In July 2026 it removed its Chrome extension and became 100% cloud, so campaigns now run in the background with your computer off.
Below: what Waalaxy does, who it suits, what it costs per user, how safe it is, and where alternatives like Hollerly fit better. Facts come from Waalaxy's homepage, pricing page and help center, which we read on October 2, 2026.
Waalaxy is still one of the easiest ways to start LinkedIn outreach, and since July 2026 it runs fully in the cloud. It suits solo users who mostly need LinkedIn. People look elsewhere for email on a budget, AI-written messages and higher invite limits: Hollerly (from $19, email at $49) is our top pick, with Dripify and Expandi as other options.
Waalaxy review: verdict at a glance
| Waalaxy | |
|---|---|
| Best for | Solo users and freelancers starting LinkedIn outreach on a small budget |
| Price | €19, €49 or €69 per user a month; 20% off quarterly and 50% off yearly |
| Free trial | 14 days on every plan; no free plan listed |
| Our take | Fast to start and now fully cloud; email, higher invite limits and teams get expensive per user, and AI writing is still marked as coming soon |
In short: Waalaxy is a good first LinkedIn automation tool. Once you need email, AI-written messages or more than 300 invites a month, the per-user price climbs quickly.
Why listen to us?
We build Hollerly, a LinkedIn and email outreach tool, so Waalaxy is a competitor and you should read our view with that in mind. We did not run paid campaigns in Waalaxy for this review. We read Waalaxy's homepage, pricing page and its help center article on the move to the cloud on October 2, 2026, report only what those pages say, and say where Waalaxy is stronger than Hollerly. Waalaxy's site shows store ratings and a user count; we leave those out because we could not check them ourselves.
What is Waalaxy?
Waalaxy helps you build prospect lists from LinkedIn, run outreach sequences with automatic follow-ups, find emails, and manage replies. Its pitch is speed: launch a prospecting campaign quickly from one of its ready-made sequences.
Its help center article dated July 1, 2026 says the Chrome extension was removed from the Chrome Web Store and that Waalaxy is now 100% cloud, with no extension and no browser dependency. You work in the browser at app.waalaxy.com, in Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge, and campaigns run in the background whatever happens in your browser.

Waalaxy key features
Prospect lists from LinkedIn
You find prospects on LinkedIn and import them into lists, with CSV import and export also available.
99+ ready-made sequences
Waalaxy's best-known feature: more than 99 ready-to-use outreach sequences with automated follow-ups. Pick one, adjust the messages, and launch.
Email finder
An email finder enriches prospects with professional emails. Pro includes 25 credits a month, and Advanced and Business include 500.
LinkedIn Inbox add-on
The LinkedIn Inbox keeps conversations in one place with response templates, scheduled follow-ups, tags and CRM export. Waalaxy lists 500 free conversations with no time limit; the paid price was not shown on the pricing page.
Cold email and multichannel campaigns
Cold email sequences and LinkedIn plus email campaigns are on the Business plan only, with priority support.
Integrations
CRM sync covers HubSpot and Pipedrive. Advanced and Business add API access plus Make, Zapier and n8n modules.
How Waalaxy works in practice
Waalaxy's strength has always been speed to first campaign. You import prospects, pick one of the ready-made sequences, and launch. Since the move to the cloud, actions keep going after you close your browser or shut your laptop.
The limits shape how far you can go. Pro allows 300 invitations a month, roughly 70 a week. Advanced and Business allow 800 a month. Email sequences are only on Business, at €69 per user. And Waalaxy's homepage lists its AI assistant for prospects and messages as coming soon, so personalization today relies on templates and variables.
What changed with the move to the cloud
Before July 2026, many users ran Waalaxy through a Chrome extension tied to their own browser. The help center now lists working in Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge, no disruption from Chrome updates and better stability as benefits of the cloud version. If you are reading older reviews, this is the biggest change: advice that assumes the extension no longer applies.

Who Waalaxy is for, and who should skip it
Good fit
- Solo users and freelancers who want to start LinkedIn outreach quickly with ready-made sequences.
- Budget buyers who can pay yearly and mostly need LinkedIn.
- European teams that prefer euro billing.
Probably skip it
- Anyone who needs email follow-ups without paying €69 per user.
- People who want each message written by AI for the person.
- Users who need more than 300 invites a month on a small budget.
What to test during the Waalaxy trial
- Run one of the ready-made sequences on a small list and see whether the template messages fit your audience.
- Track how quickly you reach the plan's invitation cap. If 300 a month feels tight, price Advanced or Business instead.
- If you need email, test a multichannel campaign during the trial, since only Business includes it after.
- Close your laptop for a day and confirm the campaign keeps running in the cloud.
Is Waalaxy safe?
The move to the cloud changes Waalaxy's safety picture. Before July 2026, many users ran it through a Chrome extension tied to their own browser. Now campaigns run in the background without it. Waalaxy's homepage promises human-like timing that stays within LinkedIn's limits, and its plans cap invitations at 300 or 800 a month. Its pages do not describe proxies, IPs or warm-up.
Whatever the setup, LinkedIn's user agreement does not allow third-party automation, so there is always some risk. Warm up new accounts, keep weekly invites modest, and stop if LinkedIn shows a warning. Read our LinkedIn automation safety guide for the limits we use in Hollerly.

1. Hollerly
Best for: solo users and small teams who want LinkedIn and email together without paying for a top tier.
Hollerly runs each LinkedIn account from a dedicated cloud browser with its own IP in your country. You build an ideal customer profile from your website, pick a sequence template or build your own, and Claude writes each note, message and email from the lead's profile, latest post and company website. You approve the first five, then it runs. Pro adds email from your own Gmail, Outlook or SMTP mailbox, AI reply tagging and drafts, for $49 a month.
Where Waalaxy is stronger: a larger library of ready-made sequences, euro billing, and a 50% yearly discount that can bring Pro below Hollerly Starter. Hollerly is newer, has no B2B contact database and no email warmup. Plans: Starter $19, Pro $49 and Agency $69 a month. See the Waalaxy alternatives page.
2. Dripify
Dripify includes email steps and 100 email finder credits a month on every plan, with a reply inbox from Pro, priced per user from $59 a month or $39 billed annually. Read Dripify vs Waalaxy.
3. Expandi
Expandi gives each account a dedicated country-based IP, warm-up and a smart inbox, for $99 a month per account or $79 billed annually. Read Expandi vs Waalaxy.
4. HeyReach
HeyReach is built for agencies with many senders, rotating them through one campaign and one inbox at $79 per sender a month. Read HeyReach vs Waalaxy.
Verdict
Waalaxy is still one of the easiest ways to start LinkedIn outreach, and going fully cloud fixed its biggest weakness. It is a good pick for a solo user on yearly billing who mostly needs LinkedIn.
Once you want email, AI-written messages or a team, the per-user Business plan gets expensive quickly. Hollerly covers LinkedIn and email with AI-written messages for $49 a month.
FAQ
+Is Waalaxy still a Chrome extension?
No. Waalaxy's help center says the Chrome extension was removed from the Chrome Web Store and Waalaxy is now 100% cloud, working in the browser at app.waalaxy.com. The article is dated July 1, 2026. Campaigns keep running in the background when you close your browser or turn your computer off.
+Is Waalaxy free?
Not for ongoing use. Waalaxy's pricing page listed only paid plans on October 2, 2026, with a 14-day free trial on each. Paid plans start at €19 per user a month for Pro. The LinkedIn Inbox add-on includes 500 free conversations, but campaigns need a paid plan after the trial.
+Is Waalaxy safe to use?
Waalaxy now runs in the cloud, promises human-like timing within LinkedIn's limits, and caps invitations at 300 or 800 a month by plan. Still, LinkedIn's user agreement does not allow third-party automation, so no tool is risk-free. Warm up new accounts, keep weekly invites modest and pause if LinkedIn shows a warning.
+What is the main difference between Waalaxy and Hollerly?
Waalaxy gives you ready-made sequences with template messages and puts email on its €69 per user Business plan. Hollerly writes every message with AI from the lead's profile, post and company website, and includes email from your own mailbox on its $49 Pro plan. Both run in the cloud.
+Can I use Waalaxy and Hollerly together?
You can, but never connect the same LinkedIn account to both, because the combined activity raises your risk. Some users keep Waalaxy for one profile and Hollerly for another. Export leads as a CSV to move them between tools, and use Hollerly's do-not-contact list to avoid double contact.
+Which Waalaxy alternative is best for small budgets?
Hollerly is the closest match on price: Starter costs $19 a month for LinkedIn outreach with AI-written messages, and Pro adds email for $49. Waalaxy itself can be cheaper on yearly billing if you only need LinkedIn and are happy writing templates.
